The Loft has been working with Venmore Auctions, a prominent property group in Liverpool, on a campaign to promote the Liverpool City Region (LCR) as a fantastic place for investment since 2016. Our collaboration has highlighted the positive economic growth of LCR to investors, positioned the firm as an expert in their field and strengthened our 10-year relationship with The Venmore Group.
We launched a campaign called “Buy Into Liverpool” – producing strong and authoritative articles for their bi-monthly auction catalogue, which was also redesigned. Each article highlights a key development in LCR from the new Royal Liverpool Hospital to the award-winning regeneration of Welsh Streets.
We liaised with key partners and developers in the schemes (e.g. Liverpool City Council, Plus Dane, Mersey Gateway Crossings Board) to capture the latest stories and updates for a database of over 40,000 property professionals.
