An ambitious housebuilder based in North Wales, the Anwyl Group came to The Loft looking to grow their company through increased leads and sales in England and more public sector contracts but their brand was dated, inconsistent and not helping them to achieve their business goals.
Starting out as a joinery and woodworking contractor in 1930, today the Anwyl Group are a well-respected, profitable and award-winning housebuilding company based in Wales. They have three divisions; Homes, Land and Construction.
The Loft developed a strong brand strategy which played to Anwyl's strengths and created synergy between each of the individual divisions. Anwyl Homes now stand shoulder to shoulder with national housing brands. The Loft have supported Anwyl with creative for multiple marketing campaigns, whether that's on the radio, on the back of a bus or via email. Since working with The Loft, Anwyl have sold more homes faster and are expected to increase their turnover to more than £100m over the next three to five years. We are looking forward to supporting them through their continued growth.
